I can't tell you how excited I was with how this picture turned out a couple of weeks ago. This is the King Neptune statue down at Virginia Beach's boardwalk, dedicated to Virginia Beach in 2005 and sculpted by Paul DiPasquale. Granted, it's much bigger than this (34 feet!), but isn't it cool how the clouds look behind it? I did use a filter with it, and it enhanced the shot even more.

The clouds make for a very dramatic composition.

ReplyDeleteGreat photo of King Neptune. The sky looks so blue. Have you seen the holiday lights on the boardwalk? We went over Thanksgiving when we had family in town. and thean stopped in at Catch 31 for a beverage. It's a fun night out.
ReplyDeleteThis photo is so gorgeous! I just told my husband yesterday about the app that you use, and told him what beautiful pictures you create, and he is excited to see some of them. I will be pointing him towards this post and an example. Great shot today!
